canceled order without notice, withholding refund

I ordered a stove from One Click Appliances. They charged my credit card and sent an order confirmation. I called to verify rush delivery, and they promised a three week delivery. When I didn't hear from them as the delivery date approached, it took three days of emails and calls to get through. Turns out they canceled my order with NO NOTIFICATION to me. Now, they are taking a leisurely 3-5 weeks to refund my money. These guys are SWINDLERS. I cannot believe they remain in operation. Avoid them at all costs -- regardless of the cheap prices they present, they are NOT worth the risk!
