Did not refund my $1232.46

I ordered a Jenn-Air range on 3/11 and was informed 3/27 that they were unable to send the range and would refund the $1232.46 back to my credit card. They still have not done so. I have filed a protest with my credit card company.
One Click sent another email saying they had refunded the money, even sent a tracking number but after talking to my credit card company I find that not to be true.
I have tried calling the 1-800 # on the invoice and found it no longer exists.
I hope I eventually get my refund and no one else has to go through this aggravation.
