One Click Appliances won't give refund

What was going on with this company?! Placed order 2/22/08, Rec'd email 3/25/08 stating they can't ship anything right now, but will gladly give refund. I canceled order via email per instructions. It looks like they attempted to issue refund thru Paypal only after I sent another email & called requesting refund, but it was then "removed" a couple days later - never cleared. I tried to file dispute thru Paypal, but it immediately had to escalate to a claim as, "Seller is currently unable to respond to dispute." That is $1800 Lost I'm afraid!!
