They took my money and the product I ordered - oneclickappliances.com

One Click Appliances complaint by Mrs. Gray
I ordered a washing machine from them in February with my Paypal. March I contact them and was told it would be delivered. Then the date I was told they emailed me saying another date 4 weeks later. I told them cancel my order and reimburse my money. They send email back saying they couldn't put the money back because of a glitch so contact my bank for a charge back. Paypal couldn't help me or they were down with them. Needless to say I contacted my bank and still waiting for a response.
