DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Had I read the reviews first I wouldn’t have, either. Everything you read about them when you do is true. I ordered a range January 31 and was given a shipping date of March 4. That was a problem in itself but wait. I began trying to contact them on March 5 and found they do not answer emails or voicemails at all and trying to get through on the telephone is horrendous. Once I did get through and was told their system was “updating” and they couldn’t tell me anything. I persisted every day and after 3 hours of redial on March 12 was told it would ship on March 14. I was given a shipping agent who never heard of the order and recommended I cancel. Later after many attempts on March 13 got through and was told it would be March 19. I cancelled the order and ordered from Home Depot on the 14th and it is to be delivered tomorrow. I paid $200 more but it was worth it. Worst internet sale I ever made.
