NOTE: Northeast Appliances is NOT OneClickApplicance
I called and spoke with the people at Northeast Applicance. They leased storefront space from OneClick, and had to move their store to another location due to the confusion of the two companies. They have received numerous calls about OneClick, who he has told me has a vacant storefront as well. One Click Appliance IS a ripoff/scam. They have me for almot $1900 and over a year later, I am trying to resolve it. Let me know if anyone has any luck, or ever finds a working phone number from this company. My attempts to speak with a human being have been futile.

One click applainces now eppliances.com
This is the worst company ever. Never refunded $800.00 Never got the merchandise. Worked with them via e-mail past the 60 days that the credit card will refund you the money and they knew it. Gave fake refund numbers for the credit card. Answered e-mails to string you on past those 60 days where you couldn't get your money back. Please Do not use this company. They are now eappliances.net. Do not use them. Learned my lesson don't let 60 days lapse when you haven't received a refund or merchandise. Do Not Use Them.

One Click Appliances burnt me for $552.67. What can we do???
I ordered a wall oven. I was stalled on delivery for over a month, and then told that the appliance was not going to be available. I asked for a refund. They stated in an email: "...It was recently brought to our attention that a few of the refunds that were issued on that particular day, did not indeed post to some scredit cards. Unfortunaltely, we do not have the ability to refund your credit card again throuhg our own system at this time...." I used PayPal and not a credit card, the purchase was secured by a debit card and was never refunded by either PayPal nor One Click Appliances. These people are criminals and I need help in finding where they are located to go head to toe with these crooks. Anybody out there know where they are located. William Dunas wmdunas@***.com

Oneclickappliances.com is a SCAM
We ordered a $1900 washer/dryer from oneclickappliances.com - they then cancelled the order and said they would refund us. We never got our money back and now they do not respond to emails and have removed thier telephone number from thier site. There is HUNDREDS of exactly the same complaint of various consumer review websites. REPORT THEM TO...... http://app.utah.bbb.org And try to stop them doing this to lots more people. They are making money out of people desperate for a bargain. I cannot belive they are still in operation - I have reported them to the better buisiness bureau, it might not help, but if lots of people did it then it might!

Frustrated with oneclick appliance
My husband and I ordered a portable washer. it says that the delivery is 1-2 weeks which was just fine for us. the transaction was jan 20, 2008 and did not arrive until march so we requested to cancel our order and got a confirmation that the refund was processed but did not get our money back until now. I tied to ask help from paypal since we paid thru them but they could not help me because it's beyond their time frame for complaints now. I would really be glad if we could do something with this.

Has not sent me the extended warranty I paid for.
It took me months to get them to send me the product I ordered. I made phone call after phone call, email after email with representatives giving me delivery date after delivery date to no avail. Now I can't get the extended warranty (7 years) I paid for. I've written numerous emails and made numerous phone calls in an effort to get One-Click to honor their agreement. When I call I am put on hold for extended durations and then disconnected. My emails go unanswered and of course I am out the money I paid for the warranty plus any repairs to the unit.

One Click Appliances is a Scam
On 02/23/2008 I payed through PayPal.com using my Visa debt card in the amount of $1,136.95 to One Click Appliances for a Samsung 56" big screen TV. They canceled the order for the TV on 03/27/2008 and said they would refunded my $1,136.95 back to my Visa debt card. I have not received a refunded for my money. I filed a complaint with PayPal.com and won the claim against One Click Appliances but One Click Appliances still will not refunded me my money back. I wish there was a way to get Scam companies like this off the Internet

OneClickAppliances.com Fraud! Fraud! Fraud!
WARNING, DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING AT : www.oneclickappliances .com They are committing credit card fraud! The run sales 10% off one day and 20% off the next in hopes of luring customers to place orders and collect their credit card payments. Then after a few weeks they the appliances never even ship and suddenly you get an e-mail notification that your order was canceled (it says canceled by customer) which is their way of getting out of having to actually ship you anything. They use lame excuses like their server got reset and all order were purged, but will not honor any opf the pricing they originally sold to the customer for. Forget trying to call them as all you get is an answering machine. They hold customers monies and collect interest over the weeks and then return it (I can only hope). It’s a SCAM and CREDIT CARD FRAUD! Do not attempt to ever buy anything from them as you will never get any merchandise. I doubt if they even actually sell appliances. Too bad I had to learn the hard way, the discounted prices were very tempting including the lure of free shipping. Now I'm left to scramble to locate appliances to keep up with my contractors deadlines and I may end up pay much more since I lost the luxury of being able to shopping for a decent price.

Kept my money for over a month and never delivered anything but excuses
This is not a credible company. I have contacted the BBB of New York but it is still too early to know if it does any good. They are definately a scam company with nothing but voice mail and a fancy add. If you choose to buy from them you will be sorry! They say that they are having problems with thier systems and say they can not process orders but they will still take your money and deliver nothing. I do not know how to cause them any other frustration but I hope they are caught and prosecuted for their actions.

Cancelled my order, can't get a refund
I placed an order w? Click Appliance on 1/15, they took the money out of my acount 2 days later. To make a long story short 2 months many phone calls and emails to them and many excuses from them later and I still hadn't recieved my order. I cancelled my order and they said they would give the refund in 10-15 business days. I recieved and email on 4/4 that some of the credit cards credited on march 27th indeed didn't get credited and unfortunately they do not have the ability to refund my card again through their system at this time...but I can contact my credit card issuer and request a chargeback and promptly and easily have my money refunded. I went to my bank to do the chargeback and since it has been over 2 months there isn't anything they can do. They offered to call the company for me but all numbers are disconnected. It is looking like I am out $807.40. I did file a report with the NY BBB. I also cancelled my credit card just incase.

They took my money and the product I ordered - oneclickappliances.com
I ordered a washing machine from them in February with my Paypal. March I contact them and was told it would be delivered. Then the date I was told they emailed me saying another date 4 weeks later. I told them cancel my order and reimburse my money. They send email back saying they couldn't put the money back because of a glitch so contact my bank for a charge back. Paypal couldn't help me or they were down with them. Needless to say I contacted my bank and still waiting for a response. Be Aware Mrs. Gray

Web Site "closing"
I received an email about two weeks ago from one click applicances letting me know that my order would not be shipped because they are closing their website for upgrades. I was informed that I would get a refund for the diswasher I purchased in 1 - 5 days. Its been two weeks and no dishwasher and no refund. I have turned this over to my credit card company. Have any of you had the same problem? Is/was this a pinnacle marketing company based out of NYC? I am wondering if I could just call pinnacle if it is their company.

I did not get my refund
i was pissed that i havent received my refund. its over 2 mos now and i tried calling them last month to have their manager call me but they never did. all their #'s arent working anymore and i send them an email that if i dont get my refund by the end of the month ill sue their company. shipping is sucks and i ordered my grill in time for my sons bday but i got it a wk after his bday and i ordered the item almost 3 mos in advance. pls dont order anymore from one click appliance. the company is only 5 yrs old and it shows that they are all liers and they just want your money. AIT co says that they ask for a white glove delivery which is an addl expense but they never pay them for that service and thats why i found out that i dont need the white glove delivery.

one click is now northest appliances located at 177 route 6 Mahopac NY 10541 845 628 **** i have read many coments about this company. i have not had any experience with them but i thought the information on who they are now might be helpful to others. this may be a new corporation but i have been told the principals are the same. i hope this helps those who have been harmed. it is a shame that a company who has such a reputation should be allowed to operate under a different name. i wish you all luck in recovering your money.
